Caesars Entertainment is a leading gaming company with a rich history in sports betting. They are seeking a Sportsbook Ticket Writer who will provide exceptional customer service, manage customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service to anyone who comes into our sportsbooks
Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and the Nevada Gaming Control Board
Answer all customer questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner
Try to deescalate customer disputes/complaints and escalate to direct supervisor when needed
Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to customers
Act in a professional manner, representing William Hill with the highest of standards
Ensure that all necessary compliance (Title 31) paperwork/documentation is filled out according to company policy and gaming control board standards
Other duties as assigned

Required

Provide a high level of customer service to anyone who comes into our sportsbooks

The ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time
Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
Must be 21 years of age or older
Successfully pass a drug screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license
Must have 1+ years of cash handling experience
High level of customer service
Present yourself in a professional manner
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to do simple math
Understanding and a responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board
Passionate about internal/external customer service
Understands the importance of establishing and maintaining positive relationship

Preferred

H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred
