Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects across the Americas

Build a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability

Drive presales strategy and execution across enterprise, mid-market, and channel segments

Ensure customer engagements, demos, and proofs of value meet the highest standards of excellence

Translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear business outcomes

Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on strategy and execution

Represent the voice of the field to influence product innovation and roadmap priorities

Cultivate executive-level relationships to position Horizon3.ai as a trusted cybersecurity advisor

Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class technical talent

Use data-driven insights to measure impact and continuously improve team performance
