Sales Business Development Agent (Automotive)
Kings Ford Inc. is an automotive dealership in Cincinnati, OH, seeking a Sales Business Development Agent to join their growing team. The role involves initial communication with clients regarding product and service offerings, as well as providing customer support and follow-up.

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualification
Required
1+ in automotive BDC/BDR call center retail sales or hospitality (automotive experience preferred but not required)
CRM fluency (VIN solutions, DealerSocket, eLead, or similar), plus basic Google/Microsoft tools
Professional phone voice, strong writing skills, and a friendly resilient demeanor
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Positive and hardworking personality
Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
