Office Manager/Receptionist (In-Office)
Golden Reserve is a rapidly growing financial services company that is redefining financial planning. They are seeking an experienced Regional Client Administrator (RCA) who will manage client communications, oversee operational aspects of the office, and provide exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
All incoming and outbound client communication and correspondence (phones, digital and traditional postage)
Managing all internal operational aspects of your region’s office(s) (inventory and client experience)
Maintaining our client filing system
Providing world class custom service
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years+ of administrative support experience (must include phone support)
Expertise in Microsoft Office (including Teams)
Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading and communication soft skills
