Responsibilities
Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
Maintain and optimize databases, spreadsheets, and data systems
Conduct regular data audits and troubleshoot inconsistencies
Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support cross-functional teams
Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business units to resolve data-related issues
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security protocols
Document data workflows and maintain version control of datasets
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a data technician, data analyst, or similar role is preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with data management platforms, CRM systems, and cloud-based storage
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Preferred
Experience with maintaining pricing models is strongly preferred
Experience with Epicor ERP's is a plus
Experience with WhiteCup is a plus
