Treasury Management Implementation Liaison

Banking
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and operations areas in order to smoothly and efficiently on-board new relationships
Obtain required service request documents and/or agreements, as well as review/rectify any discrepancies. Submit requests to technical areas for system set up
Assist customers with their inquiries and advise them on how to obtain the appropriate service
Resolve issues with Treasury services as well as identify enhancements and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, operations, and other key Treasury Management information
Assist with and support all Treasury Management Customer Service and Training projects/activities
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or other relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Preferred
3+ years customer service experience
