Responsibilities
Leading and supporting internal audit and risk consulting projects
Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders
Conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, and assessing regulatory compliance
Identifying issues, developing actionable recommendations, and presenting findings clearly
Managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall team development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in working in the financial services industry
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Must be proficient with MS Office, including Excel functions, and formatting capabilities for reporting
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred
Prior experience in consulting or professional services preferred
Familiarity with financial crimes compliance or consumer protection laws and regulations (e.g., AML, TILA, RESPA, Regulation E, Fair Lending)
CAMS, CRCM, or CERP certification strongly preferred
