Responsibilities
Support APAC developers integrating LI.FI; http://LI.FI answer technical questions, share examples, follow issues to resolution
Create technical content in Chinese and English (guides, snippets, videos, explainers) tailored to local channels and communities
Localize and share product updates for APAC audiences, ensuring they’re easy to adopt
Help organize or join online workshops, hackathons, and partner events in the region
Join customer or BD calls when technical input is needed, and follow up with docs, samples or next steps
Relay developer feedback and recurring issues to DevRel, Product and Engineering
Keep public examples and docs fresh and accurate
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in a developer-facing, integrations or technical support role (DevRel, Solutions Eng, TAM, etc.)
Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
Working knowledge of Web3 fundamentals (EVM chains, wallets, ERC-20s, bridging, swaps)
Basic coding ability in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node or React/Next.js a plus)
Comfortable talking to developers and helping them live
Based in an APAC timezone
Preferred
Familiarity with APAC developer platforms and communities (WeChat/Feishu, Telegram, local meetups)
Experience writing or maintaining technical docs
Prior exposure to cross-chain or DeFi infrastructure products
Experience supporting enterprise Web3 integrations in APAC
