Junior Litigation Associate

Responsibilities
Drafting briefs and motions
Taking and defending depositions
Discovery for complex matters
Trial experience, including preparation, in either state or federal courts
Federal and state e-filing systems capabilities and skill set
Strong skills and research capabilities on all electronic platforms
North Carolina Business Court knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Two to three years of experience in litigation
Experience in depositions
Trial preparation experience
E-filing systems experience
Research and drafting experience
Knowledge of North Carolina and South Carolina courts
Active North Carolina license
Drafting briefs and motions
Taking and defending depositions
Discovery for complex matters
Trial experience, including preparation, in either state or federal courts
