Support production floor technology, ERP connectivity, and data accuracy initiatives
Execute local IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of IT experience; 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments preferred
