Responsibilities

Perform precise soldering of electronic components, including LEDs, resistors, capacitors, and other related components onto PCBAs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies) to assemble LED lighting products

Follow detailed assembly instructions, technical drawings, and diagrams to ensure accurate placement of components

Inspect and test soldered connections to verify the quality and integrity of each connection, making necessary adjustments or corrections as needed

Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration

Collaborate with team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues that may arise during the production process

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any relevant production data

Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your co-workers

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Some soldering experience is preferred

Technical or vocational training in electronics or soldering techniques is preferred
