Install new software / upgrades, ensuring the setup of standard images

Monitor computer systems for corporate financial standards compliance

Monitor purchases of software and hardware to ensure compliance with WE Soda Information Technology (IT) standards

Coordinate SAP security

Coordinate computer training

Support ISO 9000 effort

Qualification

Required

B.S. or B.A. in Information Systems or Computer Science, or related field OR High School diploma with 5 years' experience in a client-server environment

Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software required

Preferred

Strong customer service skills preferred

Cisco CCNA and CompTIA A+ certifications preferred
