Responsibilities

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, providing guidance and support on workplace concerns

Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with Nestlé's policies and legal requirements

Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction

Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR Senior Manager to identify training needs and support employee development initiatives

Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees

Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and Nestlé’s internal compliance standards in all HR practices

Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Preferred

Experience in a manufacturing or factory setting

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
