Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for Del Medical’s X-ray systems, including hardware, software, and integrated components
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues, including PCB board-level troubleshooting and component-level analysis
Interpret and utilize electrical schematics and CAD/room drawings to assist in system diagnostics and installation support
Deliver remote and on-site support to customers, guiding them through technical procedures and resolution steps
Document all technical interactions, diagnostics, and resolutions in the support ticketing system with precision and clarity
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to escalate and resolve high-level technical challenges
Assist in the creation and delivery of technical training materials and sessions for customers and internal teams
Continuously improve support processes by providing feedback and insights based on field experience and customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with X-ray systems or medical imaging equipment
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and CAD drawings
Demonstrated experience in PCB board troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics
Strong understanding of radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and support platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment
Preferred
Associate degree, or technical certifications in electronics, biomedical engineering, or related fields strongly preferred
