Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand overarching learning goals and translate them into creative and engaging program concepts
Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to co-create innovative learning solutions
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new learning programs, emphasizing rapid iteration and piloting to determine effectiveness
Manage a portfolio of diverse learning initiatives, prioritizing flexibility and adaptability in program design
Develop, lead, and manage a variety of learning programs, such as onboarding, skills development, and leadership development, with an emphasis on novel and engaging approaches
Utilize strong project management skills to drive the execution of pilot programs and track progress against key milestones
Establish methods for gathering feedback and data to iterate on program design and delivery for continuous improvement
Explore and champion the use of new learning technologies and methodologies, including generative AI, to enhance program efficiency, quality, and engagement
Contribute to building a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the organization
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive experience in developing and implementing learning programs, with a focus on building and iterating on new programs, preferably within a technology company or high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to design and implement learning programs in a new or evolving function including experience building manager onboarding or leadership development programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies, with a passion for experimentation
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across levels
Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Experience as a manager or leading teams
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies
