Responsibilities

Oversee the enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards
Review audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines
Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans
Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off
Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes
Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field
5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role with a focus on operations or safety compliance
Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards within safety-focused environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred

Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other similar certifications
Experience in risk management and compliance program development
Experience conducting internal, vendor, and partner audits
Experience in project management
