Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and hands-on training for new recruits

Develop training and development programs and objectives for new employees

Obtains and /develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media

Certify forklift drivers

Conduct recertification and post-accident recertifications

Manage site coaches and field trainers

Conduct Company orientation

Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff

Required

Delivery of in-house and blended learning programs; facilitating and coordinating learning and leadership development programs; and developing and delivering training sessions

Good platform speaking skills

Forklift Experience
