Qualification
Required
Clinical Laboratory Scientist II (CLS II) certification
Experience in performing routine laboratory tests
Ability to operate and maintain test equipment
Experience in performing and documenting quality control (QC)
Ability to train non-laboratory testing personnel
Skills in recognizing and responding to problems
Ability to verify and report test results
Sensitivity and attention to the developmental issues of the patient population(s) being served
