UX Sr Designer

Responsibilities

Work with the Product Team to implement findings from user needs and use this data to inform user-centric design decisions. Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts
Visual Design: Utilize your Adobe Creative Suite expertise to craft stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and design principles
Multimedia Design: Leverage your proficiency in InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects to create engaging multimedia content, including promotional videos, animations, and interactive presentations
3D: Knowledge in 3D rendering using programs like Solidworks or Blender is a huge plus
Web Design: Utilize services like webflow to maintain and add visually impactful material to our company website
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and engineers, to translate requirements into cohesive design solutions
Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement and use these insights to refine and iterate on designs

Required

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe XD
Knowledge of User-centered design principles and best practices
Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and composition
Familiarity with current design trends, tools, and technologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions based on user feedback and data
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Figma experience is strongly preferred
