Responsibilities

Draft architectural, structural, plumbing, and HVAC drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
Perform code reviews to ensure designs meet applicable standards
Prepare cost estimates and assist with writing specifications
Submit plans for review and coordinate with project teams
Review shop drawings and provide feedback
Attend project meetings and engage in team discussions
Perform on-site construction observation to connect design with practice

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering (or related field)
Superb written, verbal, and visual communication skills with colleagues and clients at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset, where knowledge sharing and collaboration come naturally
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate information across disciplines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated technical focus and attention to detail
This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer

Preferred

Experience with Revit and AutoCAD preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred
