Salesforce Technical Architect
Strive Health is dedicated to transforming the kidney care system through innovative patient engagement and care coordination. The Salesforce Technical Architect will design and govern the technical architecture of Strive's Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalable solutions that enhance patient workflows and comply with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities
Define and evolve Strive’s Salesforce architecture utilizing best practices and scalable design patterns
Design, develop, and implement scalable, performant solutions that integrate Salesforce with Strive’s data ecosystem and third-party vendors
Translate business needs into technical blueprints, developing and delivering solutions that align with enterprise standards and data governance policies
Conduct technical design reviews, develop proof of concepts, and provide architectural sign-off on major initiatives
Serve as a subject-matter expert for platform scalability, integration patterns, security, and compliance. Ensuring solutions comply with healthcare regulations and data security standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, architectural frameworks, and design patterns that enhance platform sustainability
The ability to contribute code and technical assets without extensive oversight. Modeling sound engineering judgment, designing solutions that weigh trade-offs in completeness, scalability, and speed to value
Partner closely with Product, Clinical Operations, and Data Engineering to co-design patient workflows and digital experiences
Collaborate with the Information Security and Data Governance teams to ensure architectural compliance and resiliency
Define and enforce architectural principles, data models, and API design guidelines
Champion platform reusability, modularity, and technical debt reduction by delivering code standards, reusable components, and pattern libraries
Qualification
Required
9+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce technical experience (Apex, LWC, API integrations, Flows, SOQL)
3+ years in an architect or technical leadership role within Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs. Occasional business travel may be required for opportunities to connect with stakeholders, facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities, and attend Strive sponsored team events
Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency
Preferred
Expertise in DevOps tools (Gearset and GitLab experience preferred)
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and the healthcare data model (EHR/FHIR, patient/encounter data, HIPAA) or working in value-based care, population health, or clinical workflow systems is preferred
Background in data architecture and API-first design, with experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc) and supporting data exchange between transactional and analytical systems would be beneficial
Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Application/System Architect, Omnistudio)
