Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of current operational processes using various data collection and analytical tools as well as in-person interviews and process observations
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement of existing processes and gaps / variances of process in acquired companies compared to Proof’s platform
Develop and implement solutions to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
Design new processes from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
Utilize process mapping tools (e.g., flowcharts, value stream maps, swimlane diagrams) to visually represent and analyze complex workflows
Evaluate process fit with existing technology and recommend modifications to enable process integration
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure technology solutions meet operational requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or other Technology or related field
Proven experience as a Senior Process Engineer / Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding and practical application of Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly preferred)
Expertise in process mapping tools and techniques
Demonstrated experience in technology integration and automation projects
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and with executives
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Must be willing to travel 25-50% within the United States

Preferred

Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly preferred
