Revolutionize workflows: Analyze, design, and implement AI-powered automation that reduces manual effort and speeds up loan processing

Build smarter systems: Integrate and connect our key platforms (CRM, LOS, underwriting tools, e-signature services, and more) to ensure our teams work seamlessly and efficiently

Automate with AI: Leverage the latest AI tools (from OpenAI to custom-built automation scripts) to eliminate bottlenecks, enhance productivity, and give us a competitive edge

Create the future of finance: Work closely with business and tech teams to understand challenges and design AI-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of the mortgage lending space

Own the process: From design to deployment, you’ll take full ownership of your solutions — while ensuring they’re scalable, compliant, and secure in line with industry standards

Experience & Passion: You've worked in automation, API integrations, or AI-driven solutions for 3–5 years (or more!). You're eager to learn and innovate, especially in the mortgage and lending space

Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You've got solid coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.), and you've worked with tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or custom automation frameworks

Systems Integration Guru: You've helped connect systems (CRM, LOS, compliance software, and financial tools) — and you know how to make these platforms work together without missing a beat

Financial Acumen: You have a basic understanding of mortgage lending, personal loans, and the financial services industry — or you're excited to dive into this space and make an impact

Collaboration Champion: You're a natural communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally, and you know how to translate complex tech into simple solutions for the business
