Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform accurate data entry and process orders
Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with customers, designers and internal departments
