Citizens is a financial institution focused on commercial banking, and they are seeking a Global Markets Operations Dedicated Onboarding Specialist. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the onboarding process for new clients to the Global Markets desk, ensuring outstanding client service and managing documentation throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Outstanding client service and support throughout the onboarding process
Regular direct interactions with Customers, Middle Office, Collateral Management, PM/RM teams, Client Services, Sales, Risk Management, Compliance, and other business partners
Identify and implement opportunities for process re-engineering and automation
Daily independent workload management and processing of client requests
Documentation review and execution
