Responsibilities
Lead the handover process to the Controls Commissioning team for controls software engineering tasks
Provide support in PLC software engineering and emulation efforts during commissioning
Conduct technical reviews of controls software deliverables and onsite systems prior to customer handover
Finalize module lists for handover to the Controls Commissioning team
Attend project kick-off and core team meetings for initiatives involving new products
Monitor and support new product development in collaboration with R&D
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Controls-related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
Five (5) or more years of hands-on Controls Engineering experience, preferably in material-handling, industrial, or warehouse environment
Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems
Strong proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7 (STL, SCL, FBD, etc.)
Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, with the ability to read e-drawings and AutoCAD drawings
Demonstrated experience working on full design-to-production project lifecycles
