El Car Wash is a rapidly expanding multi-unit car retail business, seeking a Head of Growth and Retention to lead their lifecycle marketing strategy. This role involves overseeing campaign management, customer retention, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer loyalty and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

Design and own the lifecycle marketing strategy, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and win-back campaigns

Lead campaign planning and execution across full-funnel media, CRM, and direct channels (email, SMS, app push, direct mail, etc.)

Optimize conversion of retail/one-time users into subscription members through targeted programs, promotions, and nurture campaigns

Manage and expand loyalty initiatives to deepen member engagement and extend customer tenure

Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies in partnership with analytics and digital product teams

Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure best-in-class execution across paid media and lifecycle campaigns

Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Strategy teams to evaluate ROI, LTV, and promotional effectiveness

Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to leadership

Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in lifecycle and subscription marketing

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of lifecycle marketing specialists
