Responsibilities

Assist in mapping, analyzing, and improving business processes within the Commercial Success department, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
Support the maintenance and updating of operational documentation, under the guidance of Business Operations Analysts
Contribute to the improvement and design of the department’s internal SharePoint site, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and user-friendly
Participate in the review and coordination of internal company communications to ensure message consistency and clarity about Salesforce, the Commercial Success and BIS teams
Utilize Wrike project management tools to help track project progress, manage tasks, and support team collaboration
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a spirit of partnership and cooperation
Support ongoing projects led by Business Operations Analysts and Specialists as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Commercial Success team’s strategic goals

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break down complex processes and suggest improvements
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
Interest or experience in SharePoint site management
Willingness to learn and use Wrike or other project management tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
Experience in leading or supporting process improvement projects, ideally in a cross-functional environment
