National Business Development Representative (Remote)

They are seeking an experienced National Business Development Representative to spearhead outbound prospecting and lead generation across the U.S. for the construction and building maintenance industries.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and direct messaging to identify and qualify commercial roofing opportunities
Research and contact property owners, facility managers, REITs, and corporate decision makers
Manage the outreach pipeline and coordinate virtual meetings for our executive and estimating team
Build partnerships with national property management groups, franchise operators, and facility maintenance firms
Utilize CRM systems to track progress, report KPIs, and manage communication cadences
Develop strategic partnerships that lead to multi-property or recurring service contracts
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation (preferably in roofing, contracting, or commercial services)
Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach automation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and revenue targets
