Ensure security by managing guest logbook and issuing visitor badges
Sort mail and receive delivery packages
Open and close visitor area
Maintain safe and clean reception area
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills, whether in person or on the telephone
Customer focused; must have integrity in handling client inquiries/requests
Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Applicants must be personable and dependable
Able to work with minimum supervision
