Responsibilities
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including KPI and variance analysis
Develop financial models and dashboards to drive revenue analysis
Evaluate and implement process improvements and FP&A tools for scalability
Collaborate with leaders across sales, product, and operations to support strategic decisions
Assist in preparing materials for board and investor reporting
Serve as a key finance contact in a small, collaborative team environment
Train and mentor other analysts and operations staff to better utilize data and reporting coming out of their departments
Share knowledge and best practices with the finance and accounting team to enhance overall technical expertise
Qualification
Required
4+ years of FP&A experience, experience in tech/SaaS/government contracting preferred
Strong financial modeling, reporting, and Excel skills
Familiarity with SaaS/technology metrics and investor reporting
Comfort working in a small team/startup-like environment with high visibility
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus)
Proficiency in Windows operating suite
Familiarity with financial systems / ERPs and other standard SaaS operating systems (Sage Intacct, Rippling, Salesforce, HubSpot)
SQL database knowledge - writing queries, troubleshooting, data analysis, performance issues, understanding & interpreting data, etc
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
