They are seeking a Sr. Analyst for their North America sales team to support retail business analysis, develop shipment plans, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate sales projections and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Support the 3-year LRP and Annual budget process through developing the following: Work closely with Account Management, Finance, GM, and Marketing to develop Account level Retail, Gross Shipments, returns and other financial estimates for total brand in North America
Develop brand estimates for door openings
Partners with Finance, Marketing, Head of Account Management and GM to optimize channel and product mix to improve profitability
Leads monthly sale estimate process, including Retail Sales & Gross Shipments, returns and other estimates from gross to net; gathers input from account management, channel leads, and marketing teams
Identifies opportunities and risks to the plan
Finalize estimate and submit to Finance lead for review and consolidation
Prepare monthly BRM deck for review with regional management teams
Collect and consolidate retail sales by door and submit the region
Review market trend and compare brand performance. Provide comments based on comparison
Other tasks include but not limited to Work closely with Marketing/Sales to build New Product Launch Forecast / Projections and Allocations
Ensure Data Reporting integrity (Power BI classifications)
Sales Analysis: HTSM, Promotion
Support Sales meetings / area visits
Ad hoc projects and meetings

Required

3-4 years of relevant work experience
Ability to develop and communicate ideas, flexibility of vision, responsiveness to input
Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to advocate for and develop planning best practices and strong, mutually beneficial collaboration with retailers
Strong business savvy and knowledge; ability to use analytics to convince others of the best options for the brand that are financially sound
Highly organized and structured
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, independent environment, and manage multiple concurrent projects while collaborating effectively to leverage cross-functional brand strengths
Be a motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player mindset; exemplifies the challenger spirit, adept at problem solving
Strong excel, word, PowerPoint skills
Discretion in confidential matters
Detailed oriented
Team player

Preferred

Previous experience as a buyer/inventory planner a plus
