Responsibilities

Design and develop a sandboxed execution environment to facilitate Agent research and product development at poolside
Own the complete development cycle of new features and capabilities in the Agent execution environment
Collaborate with other teams to discuss, guide and meet their needs in the sandbox and code execution environment
Continuously improve reliability and performance of the Agent execution environment

Required

Strong programming skills in either Go, C, C++ or Python
Comfortable with distributed systems
Ability to balance between speed and quality
Self-driven and willing to reprioritize works based on evolving project needs
Ability to distinguish between high impact tasks and trivial optimizations

Preferred

Experience in Kubernetes or similar container/vm orchestration systems
Familiarity with public clouds like AWS, GCP, etc
Experience in designing and building distributed systems
Experience in virtualization or container runtime
Experience in building large scale CI/CD platforms
Experience in a fast paced environment
