Design and execute a business development plan that builds deep, profitable partnerships with brokers, national insurers, specialty insurers, and self-insured organizations
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that generate immediate revenue impact
Cultivate strategic client relationships that expand Charles Taylor’s presence year over year
Personally drive RFP responses, proposals, and presentations that showcase our value and win new partnerships
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Track competitive activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities to keep Charles Taylor ahead of the curve
Manage opportunities through Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting, consistent follow-up, and disciplined execution
Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our expertise and expand our influence
Work closely with colleagues across Charles Taylor businesses to build strong internal partnerships and uncover cross-selling opportunities

Required

10+ years of proven success in insurance or TPA sales, with a focus on workers' compensation

A track record of multi-million-dollar revenue generation and exceeding targets
A strong network of connections across brokers, carriers, and self-insured organizations
Skilled communicator who can engage at every level of a client organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA a plus
Positive, driven, and resilient — you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
