Responsibilities

Handle member inquiries and provide assistance over the phone
Process incoming insurance-related mail
Review and disburse Real Estate Equity (REE) and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loans
Generate payoff letters for members and third parties
Set up and remove escrow accounts (including Escrow/PMI waivers)
Gather and process insurance claims related to real estate
Other duties as assigned
