Responsibilities

Manage the full purchase order lifecycle from vendor setup and PO creation to invoice tracking and payment follow-up

Partner with Marketing and Finance leads to track budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial submissions, ensuring accuracy and accountability

Maintain up-to-date vendor and contract documentation and coordinate onboarding with Legal and Procurement

Build and maintain spend and forecast tracking sheets to improve visibility into opex and marketing budgets

Support Marketing Operations initiatives that improve workflow efficiency, reporting, and spend transparency

Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline marketing procurement
