Responsibilities
Present and sell a portfolio of innovative surgical technologies within your assigned specialty area
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital decision-makers
Support cases in the operating room, providing clinical and technical expertise to ensure optimal outcomes
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Execute strategic territory plans while delivering exceptional service and product support
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of procedural or surgical sales experience in orthopedics, biologics, trauma, or a related specialty
Proven track record of sales success in hospital or OR settings
Strong technical aptitude and comfort working in a clinical environment
Bachelor's degree
Must live or be willing to relocate to Minnesota, preferable the Minneapolis area
