They are seeking an International Tax Intern for Summer 2026 to assist with tax accounting and compliance for corporate income taxes and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate international tax filings.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of corporate income tax returns for the company’s foreign operations in coordination with external service providers

Support the collection and organization of financial data and documentation needed for international tax filings, audits, and reconciliations

Help track and process payments of corporate income taxes for assigned foreign entities

Research and summarize responses to basic queries from consultants or tax authorities under the guidance of International Tax Specialist

Assist with maintaining internal tax files, supporting schedules, and reconciliations to ensure an accurate audit trail

Support the international tax team in special projects such as transfer pricing analysis, process improvements, and monitoring tax law changes in assigned countries

Participate in monthly and quarterly tax account reconciliations to ensure proper accounting and documentation
