Responsibilities

Provide overall supervision of program at assigned Residential Treatment site (P-RTF and/or RTFA)
Maintain and enforce compliance with DPW’s 55 PA Code Chapter 3800 (Child Residential and Day Treatment Facilities Regulations) OMHSAS’s Memo date November 1995 titles: Requirements for Licensure of Residential Treatment Facilities for Adults. Maintain and enforce OMHSAS’s Memo dated November 1995 titles: DPW’s 55PA code chapter 23 related to Residential treatment facilities; DPW Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility dated 4/17/06; Requirements for Licensure of Residential Treatment Facilities for Adults; CARF program standards; DHS and CBH requirements
Provide individual and group supervision of assigned staff, to include Residential Treatment Assistants
Ensure ongoing training for staff to include training to develop and enhance their skills to include oversight of fidelity to any approved evidence based models
Ensure that staff vacancies are filled by interviewing and recommending selected candidates for hire to Human resources Department. Complete site orientations for all new hires

Masters degree in Behavioral Health3 years Behavioral Health experienceLSWLCSW certificationSupervision of staffTraining staff

Required

Masters degree in Behavioral Health Discipline or Masters Degree in non Behavioral Health Discipline with 15-24 master level credit hours in a Behavioral Health Discipline
3 years work experience working with Behavioral Health and Intellectually disabled population and a waiver from CBH
At least three years experience in the provision of behavioral health treatment for children, youth and adults
