Mid LevelnLeague is seeking a Program Manager/Scrum Master to support the State of Colorado's OIT. This role involves implementing and overseeing scrum processes, coaching team members, and facilitating collaboration between the scrum team and Product Owner to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Coordinating and facilitating all scrum events throughout the lifecycle
Facilitating and participating in the daily scrum
Helping the team maintain their burndown chart
Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
Removing obstacles that affect the team
Walking the product owner through more technical user stories
Encouraging collaboration between the scrum team and Product Owner
Provide and communicate backlog tracking, monitor burndown charts and product metrics, forecast velocity, and oversee the flow of work related to tasks associated with each requirement (user story)
Coordinate and facilitate all agile events making sure the team is working smoothly and every team member has tools to get their work done efficiently
Forecast the numbers of scrum deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source
Remove product impediments while continuously negotiating with the product owner throughout the product development life cycle
Improve the efficiency of the development team
Provides continuous education to the scrum team on agile methodology
Manage scrum team conflicts while keeping the product on track within the agreed upon budget
Ensures the scrum team completes the work they commit to
Influences upstream, that is to upper management and leadership across the business to ensure the progress of agile transformation/journey is not interrupted
Coach scrum team members on agile principles
Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and Google
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and agile principles
Ability to coach team members in scrum methodology
Experience facilitating scrum events
Proven ability to remove obstacles that affect the team
Experience in backlog tracking and monitoring burndown charts
Ability to forecast velocity and oversee the flow of work related to user stories
Experience in coordinating and facilitating agile events
Ability to negotiate with the product owner throughout the product development life cycle
Experience in managing scrum team conflicts
Ability to influence upper management and leadership regarding agile transformation
Experience in utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Google
