Responsibilities

Lead the annual planning process and OKR-setting for individual cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and focus on key business priorities

Structure and execute ad-hoc strategic initiatives by developing comprehensive work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading detailed analyses, developing actionable recommendations, and establishing new operating cadences where necessary

Oversee the creation of robust business cases for new market, country, or partner entry, expansion, or exit, ensuring thorough analysis and strategic alignment with business goals

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred

Proven track record (6+ years) of developing business strategies and managing cross-functional initiatives, preferably in media or digital industries

Extensive experience (6+ years) working with executive stakeholders in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Deep understanding of digital products, subscriptions and advertising business models

Strong background in media, tech, or consumer products industries
