Responsibilities
FX options market making to a wide range of Corporate and Institutional customers
Must be able to quote and risk manage a product range that includes: vanilla, first generation exotics, volswaps and var swaps, and FVAs
Work closely with a global sales force to enhance customer relationships
Close communication with the customer franchise is imperative
Ensure proper execution of procedures, monitors outcomes and demonstrates support for the Companies strategic goals through flexibility and the appropriate flow of information up and down the chain of authority
Qualification
Required
Strong pricing knowledge and risk management of fx options
Must demonstrate both honesty and integrity at all times
Regulatory understanding and transparency
Ability to build constructive relationships with all parties (teammates, peers, support functions, clients)
Vanilla and Exotic FX Options pricing and risk management
Mastering of IT systems, tools, and operational chain
Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
Experience working with both vanilla and exotic fx option products
7+ years of work experience in this field
Bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, economics, etc.)
