The role focuses on forecasting, planning, and reporting, collaborating with finance leaders and the business to drive results and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
Participate in the forecast, annual plan and strategic planning processes translating top-down assumptions into actionable business plans
Analyze monthly results and metrics (activity levels, revenue, KPIs, etc.) and prepare monthly reporting packages
Prepare quarterly results presentations for product and industry leaders
Work with internal developers to create and enhance Qliksense business intelligence dashboards in support of key initiatives
Support ad hoc data and reporting needs of senior leaders
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial analysis within the insurance industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Experience with reporting tools and business intelligence software, such as Qliksense
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with strategic planning processes
Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the insurance industry
Experience in preparing presentations for senior leadership
