Work independently and collaborate with other professionals and departments under the direction of General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel
Lead projects with minimal oversight
Possess excellent legal research and writing skills
Work well with fellow members of Cooper’s legal department, members of Cooper’s healthcare and administrative departments, members of the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs, and outside counsel
Project a positive attitude and foster a team approach with colleagues
Qualification
Required
6-10 years required
Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor required
Active bar admission in good standing and eligible for New Jersey licensure (unrestricted license preferred). Admission to the New Jersey Bar required within one year of employment required
