Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead the build-out of their CRM product within Digital Markets. In this role, you will architect CRM workflows that enhance sales productivity, client engagement, and operational efficiency, collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable CRM features.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine CRM workflows for lead generation, sales pipeline management, client onboarding, and post-trade support, tailored to the unique needs of digital market sales teams
Ensure the CRM platform empowers sales teams with real-time data, actionable insights, and automated processes to maximize efficiency and client impact
Architect seamless integration between CRM and other digital platforms, such as trading systems, analytics tools, and client portals, to provide a holistic view of client interactions and sales activities
Champion intuitive, user-centric design that simplifies complex sales processes and enhances productivity for front-office teams
Establish feedback loops with users to identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and drive ongoing optimization of CRM workflows
Incorporate AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline repetitive tasks, surface opportunities, and deliver predictive insights that support proactive sales strategies

Required

5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products
In-depth understanding of the Markets business
Strong technical abilities, with experience in defining and delivering core platform components
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to product development

Preferred

Experience in CRM systems
Familiarity with AI/LLM frameworks and mobile product development
