Responsibilities

Drive product quality and savings through vendor selection and audits
Support new product launches as well as current product improvements
Solve complex challenges and optimize manufacturing operations
Identify and collaborate with suppliers on technical, quality, and manufacturing outcomes
Support new product introductions and design changes
Work on engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze supplier processes and data
Improve quality and reduce cost
Contribute to design reviews and audits

Qualification

Required

A bachelor's degree in Engineering
A minimum of 3 years of engineering or supply chain experience
Ability to travel between 10% and 25% domestically and internationally
Experience in sourcing engineering products, lean manufacturing, and project management
Ability to read technical drawings and resolve design conflicts
