Responsibilities
Provide broad coordination and support in managing the Hillel of San Diego facilities and lease portfolio which includes but is not limited to: coordination of facilities management and vendor support, maintenance management, building repairs management, scheduling across several teams, building supply orders, facilities technology, rental logistics and execution, safety and security, student ambassadors (front desk staff management), and providing set-up and supply support for programming teams
Provide administrative and operational logistical support for senior leadership, particularly around our work combatting antisemitism and some board relations
Qualification
Required
Previous work experience in facilities and building operations management, preferably 2-4 years
Previous experience in managing vendors
A customer service-oriented approach to your work
Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Professional etiquette in both written and oral communication
An eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work
A desire to learn and grow while working hard in an exciting, fun office environment
