2+ years expCOOKFOX Architects is seeking a creative Architectural Visualization Specialist with excellent design and technical skills to join their NYC studio. The role involves collaborating with architectural design teams to create compelling renderings that support decision making and design inspiration.
Architecture
Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with project and leadership teams in structuring the design direction of weekly presentation materials and narrative illustration
Generation of design ideas
Production of 3D visualizations (from concept diagrams to high quality renderings) for presentation to various groups: clients, consultants, agencies, public audiences
Research into visualization methods
This position is an in-person role based in our NYC Studio
Qualification
Required
Architectural design education
At least 2 years of experience doing architectural visualizations
Strong design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of architectural visualization, graphic presentation, layout and information design
Familiarity with 3D Studio Max modeling and V-Ray rendering
Strong post-production skills in Photoshop
Working knowledge of Revit and Rhino software
Excellent organization skills and proactive attitude
Motivated, energetic, and curious
Comfort working in a fast paced, rigorous, and collaborative team environment
Preferred
Professional experience in an architectural design firm a plus
