Responsibilities

Provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business
Coordinate the progression of trades and design-field staff
Support the Senior Project Manager with RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, preparation of change order review and review of payments
Assist D&C or consulting with the PM or EIC with payment application review
Write meeting minutes of project meetings
Prepare regular reports
Conduct field inspections as required along with other duties related to construction site activities
Monitor the activities of contractors and subcontractors performing craftwork to ensure QA/QC compliance and project quality, safety, and security requirements are achieved

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction related field
5+ years professional experience working on large building construction or civil projects valued above $10 million or a High School Diploma and 8+ years of construction experience
Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components
Experience or comparable training in inspecting large scale building construction projects
Knowledgeable and experienced with Uniform Building Code
Possess an OSHA 30 certification
Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office applications and scheduling applications

Preferred

Professional certification, such as Construction Manager-in-Training (CMIT), Engineer in Training (EIT)
