Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Support day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
Account Support: Assist Senior Account Managers in onboarding new clients, setting up accounts, and training users on our platform
Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our technology, features, and integrations to effectively guide clients and answer questions
Issue Resolution: Work with Product and Support teams to troubleshoot client issues and track resolutions through completion
Reporting & Insights: Prepare account reports, analyze usage data, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
Renewals & Retention: Support renewal efforts by maintaining client satisfaction and highlighting product value
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver client feedback and improve offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or insurance)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data reporting tools a plus
